PASTORS & LEADERSHIP
The shepherds of our house
Servant leaders who pray for this congregation, teach the Word faithfully, and carry the vision of deliverance and victory.
SENIOR LEADERSHIP
Meet our Pastors
Together they lead the congregation, direct our outreach programs and equip every department to serve.
SENIOR LEADERSHIP
Pastor Sonja D. Carraway
SENIOR PASTOR
Pastor Sonja D. Carraway serves as Senior Pastor of Victory In Christ Church of Deliverance, where she leads the congregation in worship, prayer and the faithful teaching of God’s Word. She carries a deep burden for deliverance and restoration, believing that every person who walks through our doors should leave whole.
Alongside Prophet Sidney D. Crippen, she shepherds our families, equips our departments, and keeps the doors of this house open to the community. Pastor Carraway also directs the church’s 501(c)(3) outreach work, including the Virtuous Women of Power Support Group, the Food and Clothing Pantry for underserved communities, and the Victory In Christ Youth Mentorship Program.
ADMINISTRATION
Prophet Sidney D. Crippen
CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR
Prophet Sidney D. Crippen serves as Church Administrator of Victory In Christ Church of Deliverance, overseeing the day-to-day ministry operations, the church calendar and the work of our departments. Together with Pastor Sonja D. Carraway, he co-directs the church’s 501(c)(3) outreach programs and gives oversight to the ministry offices. His ministry is marked by sound administration and a genuine care for people: making sure the house stays ordered, the departments stay supported, and every member is seen.

HOW WE LEAD
Servant leadership, plain and simple
We believe leadership in the house of God looks like availability, to pray with you, to answer your questions, and to stand with your family through every season. Our pastors keep open doors, and our departments are structured so that care never depends on one person alone.
- Pastoral prayer and counsel available by appointment
- Department leaders trained and supported year-round
- Outreach directors: Pastor Sonja Carraway & Pastor Sidney Crippen
- Every member equipped to serve, not just to attend
